Standard laboratory basic equipment

Constructional details for the laboratories is S1, S2 can be determined at the tenant`s own cost. Floating screed, or hollow floors, in isolated rooms.  Floor coverings, PVC, welded, electrically / static resistant (£ 1x108 W) with sealed fluted joints to the skirting. Mineral fibre, washable suspended ceilings, panels ( 62,5 cm x 62,5 cm) in a modular grid, ceiling height 2.75 – 3.00m.  Calculated live load each Floor 500 kg/m². Laboratory sewage separated from normal sewage. Emergency shower in accordance with local authority requirements. Each laboratory rental area of 75m 2 and every additional 75m 2 , shall have the following services; Deionised water,  Process coolant, compressed air,  drinking water. Incoming and outgoing ventilation systems, functional monitoring in accordance with lab-guidelines with 25 m³/m². Special flue system in dependency on laboratory area with a separate ventilation system for the tenant`s fume cupboard. Sockets for high voltage equipment (400V /25A).  Each rented unit up to an area of 400m2  will be supplied with a emergency power output of 3KW.rented units of more than 400m2  will be supplied with a emergency power output of 6KW.
