New - Coaching Experts for Executives in BioPark
The management consultant Dr. Paola Rodà has been consulting for very successful companies for more than 10 years, initially in the Frankfurt area and in Munich since 2005. Her focus is on the themes of personnel and leadership. Starting with consulting services to management in the selection of suitable employees, through to the development and formation of teams and the coaching of management teams and executives, she offers consultation services in particular to small and mid-sized companies. Having made the decision to also open an office in BioPark Regensburg, Dr. Rodà is pursuing a strategy to support young companies in the start up phase and to make them more successful with a personalised strategy. Dr. Paola Rodà as a consultant complements the range of consultancy services at the BioPark which include tax consultancy, accountancy, technology transfer, organisation of clinical studies and contract research. In the near future the range of services will be expanded by further leaseholders.
