60 Years Pharma Stulln
In the location of Stulln of the same name, about 50 km from Regensburg the company is looking back upon a long tradition. Then hundreds of years ago pilgrims washed their eyes with the healing waters of the Nabburg Fountain in Upper Palatinate as it was said this could lessen pain and heal illness. Soon not only the pilgrims were interested in this legendary healing ability of the radium-containing water but also the local pharmacy. In 1953 the company brought the first significant eye medicine onto the market. In the following years the company transformed into a medium-sized company with 170 employees, which today is active internationally and reaches more than 50% of its turnover external to Germany. In 2002 a new production building with a 1000 m² clean room was moved into and this year a modern warehouse was put into action and the manufacturing capacity of the bottle pack filling plant was expanded. Congratulations!
