Dutch Patent Attorney Firm new in BioPark
Vereenigde was founded in 1916 in the Netherlands. With its headquarters in Den Haag, it is one of the largest law firms in the country and with seven offices one of the largest in Europe. In addition to a branch in Munich, the law firm now has opened a second German branch in the Regensburg BioPark. The 52 patent and law attorneys are involved in all fields of industrial property protection law internationally; this is documented in internet presence available in seven languages. In addition to patent and utility model applications, the law firm conducts trademark and design applications. Furthermore the issuing of supplementary protection certificates is provided, validity and infringement opinions issued, due diligence processes and portfolio management provided, and licence negotiations are also conducted. The patent lawyers have technical expertise including the fields of biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, organic, inorganic and clinical chemistry, civil engineering and electrotechnology. A second law office has already moved into the centre with Vereenigde and complements the range of consultancy in the BioPark on taxation, technology transfer, organisation of clinical studies and contract research.
