New Pharmaceutical Joint Venture in Regensburg
Wülfing Holding GmbH, located in Gronau, has entered a joint venture with the Berlin based Haupt Pharma AG. The solid result is AMAREG GmbH in Regensburg. The new corporation has taken over the reigns as well as the team at Haupt Pharma Regensburg GmbH. The management and sales aspects will be run by majority shareholder Wülfing.

Out of the 10 awarded companies, 5 come from the field of Life Sciences (biotechnology, medical technology) and demonstrate impressively that high quality biotech companies continue to flourish in spite of the national consolidation phase in northern Bavaria.
