Transcatheter Technologies GmbH with its headquarters in BioPark Regensburg has been able to secure a second round of finance to the sum of 2.6 million Euros for the further development of their catheter-supported heart valve prostheses.

In the spring convention 2013 of the working group of the Bavarian Technology and Start-Up Centres (ARGE-TGZ Bavaria) Dr. Thomas Diefenthal, Managing Director of the BioPark Regensburg GmbH was elected to the Spokesperson Committee. In the ARGE-TGZ around 50 centres with over 1000 centre companies and over 5000 employees are represented in the state.
