Profos wins second price in MediaAward 2004
The MediaAward 2004, a Germany-wide arranged competition sponsored by the Bavarian Ministry has been crowned with success for Profos AG from Regensburg. The award is annually given to young German enterprises for their strategic communication and marketing abilities on the target market.

30.03.2004 - (dpa-AFX) – The world's largest biotech conglomerate Amgen bought the biotech specialist Tularik for 1,3 billion through stock trading. Amgen announced that the Tularik stock was valued at 25 dollars/share in this transaction. An expenditure of an undisclosed amount will occur upon closing the deal in the third or fourth quarter of 2004.
