BioPark Jump Accelerator gets started in Regensburg
(No. 269) To further expand start-up support in the life sciences and healthcare, BioPark Jump has launched on its own premises and with many supporters at BioPark Regensburg. The project will be funded by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs for the next 3 years.

(No. 268) The current development of the life science companies in the BioRegioRegensburg shows a continued slightly increasing number of companies and a strong increase in the number of employees in East Bavaria in the post-Corona era. The new business figures for 2022 presented by BioPark Regensburg GmbH count 66 companies and 5,340 employees for the cluster in Eastern Bavaria.

First Sustainability Officer at BioPark Regensburg
(No. 266) Last year, the BioPark carried out a focussed analysis of sustainability aspects in the operating company for the first time. It was shown that the company is already above average in many areas. In order to push the topic further, there is now a sustainability officer.
