Continuous technical development, high client satisfaction and sustainable growth. These criteria determine the strategy of the KH Group. This includes our own production facilities in the target markets. Five locations on three continents (Germany, Czech Republic, Canada, Mexico) serve clients on site and benefit from short distances for raw materials and products. Active environmental protection by the KH Group is defined by the guidelines of resource conservation, energy efficiency and cost savings. It can also be seen, for example, in innovative exhaust air purification technologies for the company's own painting facilities.

Core technologies and services

Everything from a single source - from engineering to the packaged product: The KH Group offers comprehensive services at all locations (Germany, Czech Republic, Canada, Mexico), where production for the medtech sector is always completely separate from other sectors. The plastic-specific product development or optimization forms the starting point. In the next step, the in-house tool manufacturing creates molds from the micro injection molding area as well as for film technologies (in mold labeling, in mold decoration) and special processes (e.g. glass overmoulding). High-tech surfaces for products are created using foil, painting (also in a chrome look and with a scratch-resistant coating), laser inscription or printing. The capacitive operation and integration of electronic components into the componentry are also possible. Class 8 clean rooms with manual and automatic production lines are available for the assembly of complex products (including joining processes such as gluing, ultrasound, etc.). All production steps take place in-house.
