RAUMEDIC AG is a worldwide supplier to the medical technology and pharmaceutical industry for tubing, precision mouldings and catheters as well as assemblies and systems. Moreover, RAUMEDIC develops and produces high-precision pressure measuring systems with microchip technology for the indication areas of neuromonitoring, urology, gastroenterology and traumatology as well as a broad range of accessories. In 2004 RAUMEDIC AG was split off as an independent medical technical company from REHAU AG + Co, which has been processing polymers in Rehau/Bavaria since 1948. RAUMEDIC combines decades of tradition and experience in medical technology with the efficiency and dynamics of a young company.

Core Technologies and Services

RAUMEDIC supplies its customers with high quality products in all thermoplastic polymers as well as silicone. The products fulfil the highest requirements in terms of quality, functionality and reliability. With its own research and development as well as engineering, RAUMEDIC develops customer-specific products and manufactures them exclusively on its three production sites in Germany. RAUMEDIC has a worldwide sales network and is represented with its own sales companies in selected markets. With over 60 years of production knowledge in the areas of extrusion, injection moulding and assembly, RAUMEDIC is ideally equipped to convert the ideas of its customers into sophisticated product solutions. The portfolio is complemented by the company’s own compounding for customised material input as well as prototyping. Customer satisfaction and adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements take centre stage in the RAUMEDIC quality concept. This is based on a quality management system that is compliant with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 as well as clean room production that is compliant with ISO 14644 (class 7).
