RAS AG is a R&D service company. Interdisciplinary teams of scientists (physic, chemistry, biology, textile, economics) and a comprehensive expert network support our customers during their innovation processes with fresh ideas, fascinating material innovations and technologies from outside.
Since 1995 in hundreds of projects “ras” has built up sophisticated tools and comprehensive experiences for creative processes (brainstorming), state of the art research and development. Especially our laboratories (chemical, biological, textile, electronic) over 500 hundred square meters allow us a rapid prototyping.

Core Technologies and Services

RAS AG has special experiences with:

• silver nano materials (nanosilver, silver nano wires)
• silver active surfaces and the necessary microbial and analytic testing of activity
• textile materials especially conductive textiles for warming, sensor applications and wiring as well as spacer textiles
• any kind of material and composite innovations to realize special functions in the later end product or on the surface of the product.

We are scientific experts in lateral thinking and technology transfer. We have comprehensive networks into nearly all industrial branches, to public authorities and public technology transfer agencies, to project executing organisations for public funding and to a lot of research facilities.

With this resources and networks in the background we quickly are able to support our customers during all stages of their innovation process (creating ideas, state of the art research, public funding, finding the right partners, project planning and development)

Patent, Licenses, Co-operations

If we are fully paid by the customer the IP which we create during a project belongs to our customers. If we work in cooperation (not subcontracting) than RAS AG is open for all kind of common exploitation of the developed IP.
