Structure

As a 100% enterprise of the City of Regensburg the Board of Directors consists of the Lord Mayor of the City of Regensburg as Chairman of the Board and six delegated members elected by the City Council of Regensburg. The tenure of office of the board of directors commences and ends with the beginning and conclusion of the election period of the City Council.
